jilijm reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, jilijm will require you to complete identity verification. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

All transactions on jilijm are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilijm supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jilijm account balance almost instantly, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. jilijm reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• jilijm does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• In the event of suspected fraud or money laundering, jilijm reserves the right to freeze account balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
• Funds deposited into your jilijm account must be used for gaming purposes. jilijm is not a financial institution and your account balance does not accrue interest.

jilijm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

• Amendments: jilijm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the jilijm platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.

• RNG Certification: All jilijm casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent audits.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilijm platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to jilijm immediately. Winnings derived from exploits will be voided.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jilijm platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other players.

jilijm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to help manage the amount of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting jilijm support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilijm platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

Any unauthorised use of jilijm intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilijm, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jilijm's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or odds, where such errors are corrected in accordance with these Terms.

jilijm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilijm account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jilijm informally by contacting our customer support team. jilijm will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the thirty-day period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under Philippine law.
